Article 1. Consultation and acceptance of the general conditions
Use of the www.flowsport.net website implies full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of use described below. These conditions of use may be modified or supplemented at any time. Users of the www.flowsport.net website are therefore invited to consult them regularly.
In principle, this site is accessible to Users at any time. However, an interruption for technical maintenance can be decided by Flowsport, which will then try, as far as possible, to inform the Users beforehand of the dates and times of the intervention. The website www.flowsport.net is regularly updated by the company.
In the same way, the legal notices can be modified at any time, in order to remain compatible with the legislation in force. Their modifications are nevertheless binding on the User, who is invited to consult them as regularly as possible.
Article 2. Description of the services provided
The purpose of the website www.flowsport.net is to provide information about all the company's activities. It is therefore intended purely for information purposes, for the Customer.
FlowSport endeavors to provide on the site www.flowsport.net information as precise as possible. However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in updates, whether they are due to its own fault or to the fault of the third-party partners who provide it with this information.
All the information indicated on the www.flowsport.net website is given for information only and is subject to change. In addition, the information on the site www.flowsport.net is not exhaustive. It is given subject to modifications that have been made since it was put online.

Article 3. Rights of FlowSport
FlowSport reserves the right at any time and without prior notice:
- to modify ads, offers, information online,
- to modify certain services,
- to prohibit access to its site in case of a technical problem or when FlowSport notices an abusive or badly intended use of its site,
- to possibly use the personal data for the purpose of sending newsletters.
Article 4. Responsibilities of the User

www.flowsport.net is made available free of charge to the User for his personal use, subject to the conditions defined below. Use of the site implies full and complete acceptance of all the conditions of use.
www.flowsport.net may not be used to make speculative, false or fraudulent requests.
The User must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to contract and use this site in accordance with the Terms of Use.
The website cannot be held responsible for any material damage related to the use of the site. In addition, the User of the site undertakes to access the site using recent equipment, free of viruses and with a latest-generation updated browser.
FlowSport uses several security systems to protect the personal data of the User, but cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties can access the site to use them illegally.
Any downloading of data from the site www.flowsport.net is done at the User's own risk.
FlowSport cannot be held responsible for damages caused by viruses or computer worms as a result of downloading data from its site.
Article 6. Intellectual property and counterfeits
FlowSport is the owner of the intellectual property rights or holds the rights of use on all the elements accessible on the site, in particular the texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, software.

Any unauthorized use of the site or any of the elements it contains will be considered as a counterfeit and will be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of articles 8 and following of the law of May 15, 2007 relating to the repression of counterfeiting and piracy of intellectual property rights (M.B., July 18, 2007, p. 38734) and articles 110 and following of the law of April 6, 2010 relating to market practices and consumer protection (M.B., April 12, 2010, p. 20803).
Article 7. Limitations of liability
FlowSport cannot be held responsible for direct and indirect damages caused to the User's equipment, during the access to the website www.flowsport.net, and resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in article 3, or from the appearance of a bug or an incompatibility. FlowSport can also not be held responsible for indirect damages (such as for example the loss of market or loss of a chance) resulting from the use of the site www.flowsport.net.
Interactive spaces (the possibility to ask questions in the "contact" space) are at the disposal of the Users. FlowSport reserves the right to delete, without prior warning or formal notice, any content deposited in this space that contravenes the legislation applicable in Belgium, in particular the provisions relating to data protection, the protection of privacy and the right to honor and human dignity.
If need be, FlowSport also reserves the possibility to call into question the civil and/or criminal responsibility of the User, in particular in case of a message of a racist, insulting, defamatory, or pornographic nature, whatever the medium used (text, photograph...).
Article 8. Management of personal data and protection of privacy
The website www.flowsport.net is accessible without having to provide any personal information. However, in certain cases and in particular if they wish to contact FlowSport (via the "contact" space in particular), the Users will have to provide certain personal data (surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number).
During the use of the website www.flowsport.net, certain data can also be collected: the URL of the links through which the User accessed the website www.flowsport.net, the User's access provider, and the User's Internet Protocol (IP) address. In any case, FlowSport only collects personal information relating to the User for the need of certain services offered by the site www.flowsport.net. FlowSport allows you, as much as possible, to access, correct or delete your personal information in case of error, on simple request, except when the legislation stipulates otherwise or when this data is necessary for legitimate commercial purposes.
Before making these changes on request, Individual Users are asked to identify themselves (copy of identity card) and indicate the information they want to access, correct or delete. Certain requests may be refused in the following cases: requests that are unreasonable due to their repetitive or systematic nature, requests that require a disproportionate technical effort, requests that compromise the confidentiality of third parties' personal information, requests that are difficult to carry out (for example, concerning information contained on backup tapes), or requests for which access is not justified.
In any case, access and correction of information is free of charge, provided that this does not require a disproportionate effort.
A copy of the data will be communicated within thirty days from the date of receipt of the request. With regard to requests for rectification, opposition or cancellation, the same deadlines shall apply.
Access to personal information is strictly reserved to employees, subcontractors and agents of FlowSport who need to access it in order to operate, develop or improve its services. These persons are bound by obligations of confidentiality and are subject to sanctions that can go as far as dismissal in case of failure to comply with these obligations.
No personal information of the User of the website www.flowsport.net is published without the User's knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any medium whatsoever to third parties. Only the hypothesis of the repurchase of FlowSport and its rights would allow the transmission of said information to the eventual purchaser, who would in turn be bound by the same obligation of conservation and modification of the data towards the User of the site www.flowsport.net.
